The Latest On The Lobethal Lights Members’ Meeting

Tuesday, December 10th, Lobethal Football Club, 15 Onkaparinga St. Lobethal

Please join your fellow club members on this unique monthly club members’ meeting followed by a leisurely cruise around Lobethal to view the spectacular Christmas Lights of Lobethal display. We have booked the football club from 7pm – 9pm with the meeting beginning at 8pm. The committee has decided not to have the traditional Register Reports or Treasurer’s Report to keep the meeting short with more time for members, friends and families to socialise at the club prior to departing to see the lights after sunset.

We encourage members to invite families, friends, children and grandchildren along to witness the 60 year, famous annual special event throughout the streets of Lobethal. To quote the organisers, “the air will be filled with festive atmosphere, promising joy and wonder for everyone.”

Feel free to travel in your MG or family vehicle as there will not be an organised parade. There will be a diverse range of food vendors along the main street plus cafes and licensed premises catering for everyone’s needs. Upon arrival at the football club entrance, turn right towards the clubrooms and netball courts where you will find a large, sealed carpark for our use, then head up the stairs to the clubroom entrance. Feel free at any time after the meeting to depart the club and venture into the lights displays throughout the township.
